As an avid weightlifter, I am typically sore and need regular massages. I came to Danielle to help ease my soreness, improve circulation, and improve flexibility. I was very pleased by her attention to detail when adjusting various parts of my body and her technique made my entire body feel renewed. She just knew where all the sore spots were and put the right amount of pressure to alleviate it. My experience with Danielle made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and excited for my next session. I highly recommend her and will definitely be returning!

FAQ's

What should I wear to the massage?
Everyday clothes are fine if you intend to get on the table in your undergarments. Sports clothes like a sports bra and shorts are also recommended.

What if I never received a massage before?
There is always a first for everything. I will do my best to make sure you feel comfortable and answer any questions.

Do I have to undress completely?
You can undress as much as you feel comfortable. You will always be covered modestly with draping of sheets and blankets.

Will I be covered during the massage?
You will be fully and modestly covered during the massage except for the body part being worked on.

Will the massage hurt?
The massage should not be excruciating, however, there may be some areas that are tight and could be uncomfortable to touch. I will check in throughout the session to see how you are doing with pressure.

What if I have skin condition like acne, eczema or forget to shave?
Each case is different but proper precautions may be taken to not spread, or break the skin. There is no harm or expectation for unshaven legs.

Do I tip?
For a free session, it is appreciated.

If you are paying for a massage please no tipping. Thank you for your thoughtfulness
.  Word of mouth is the best tip!

What is included in my session?
When you arrive you'll be brought up to the massage room, greeted with a a foot bath, relaxing music, and a warm neck wrap. Your massage will begin for your allotted time. After your session you will be given a warm towel to wash off and I will meet you at the bottom of the stairs to go over your session.

What areas are massaged?
The neck, head and face, back, arms and legs, hands and feet, glutes, and upon request, the stomach. Any of these areas can be avoided if desired.

Should I talk during the massage?
It's up to the client (you) however the goal of the massage is to relax the body so you can receive the most benefit from the muscles in a relaxed state.

What if I need to use the bathroom during my massage
Please don't hesitate to speak up. A full bladder is never enjoyable especially during a massage where pressure and stretching are being used.  A robe will be given at the beginning of the session to use if needed.
